Frankie McKeefry
Governance Lead. B Consultant + Facilitator.
Frankie founded Près to deliver change in our economy, now. He is our “governance geek” – passionate about how to strategise, structure and govern business for greater impact, no matter who is at the helm.
He developed a keen understanding of corporate structuring and commercial governance working as a corporate lawyer at a leading New Zealand law firm. This included developing in depth experience advising social enterprises alongside the Ākina Foundation on how to best govern their impact and purpose-driven business models.
As a consultant, Frankie has worked on and led a range of sustainability projects across strategy, communications and B Corp certification. He is trained by B Lab as a B Consultant and facilitates B Corp workshops on their behalf, including the “Business for Good” programme jointly run by B Lab and New Zealand Trade and Enterprise. Frankie sits on the Committee of Lawyers for Climate Action NZ and chairs their Corporate Governance Subcommittee.
